LEE Yve Vonn is a Malaysian producer for Afternoon Pictures, a boutique production house based in Kuala Lumpur and programme manager for mylab+, a fiction feature film development lab.
Yve Vonn is an alumna of Busan Asian Film School (AFiS), SEAFIC x PAS Script Lab, Berlinale Talents, Singapore International Film Festival Producers Lab, Docs by the SEA Creative Producing Lab, Fantastic Film School by Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (BiFAN), Kyoto Film Lab and Shanghai International Film Festival NEXT Training Camp. In the past decade, she has presented feature film projects in Berlinale Talents Project Market, Locarno Open Doors Hub, NAFF Project Market, Hong Kong Asian Financing Forum, Golden Horse Film Project Promotion, IDFA Forum, Tokyo Docs and GZ Docs Project Market.
She produced Busan International Film Festival New Currents and Berlinale Forum title, OASIS OF NOW by CHIA Chee Sum, that also received the Silver Hanoman Award by Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival, and co-produced HUNGRY GHOST DINER by Wejun CHO, a Netpac award recipient from Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival, and selected to International Film Festival Rotterdam, currently available on Netflix Southeast Asia.
